You can expect to be challenged in a really rewarding and fun way. In the beginning, pole dancing will probably feel unlike anything you’ve ever done, but not to worry. Pole, just like everything else, gets easier with time & practice!
It can be difficult to decide where you’re at in your journey because it isn’t always clear cut. If you’re unsure after reading the descriptions, email us or dm us on IG and we’ll help you figure it out.
For pole it’s best to wear shorts and a crop top/sports bra but there are also pants available that were made specifically for pole, that have grip on them.

For pilates, you can wear anything that you feel comfortable moving in!
All of our poles are chrome, and they do not contain any nickel.
We ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your class.
Please consult a doctor to get cleared before attending. As well, please let your instructor know, so that they can provide modifications.

Yes, you are welcome to reschedule or cancel your class. We ask that you cancel at least eight (8) hours prior to the start of the class or you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We know that things come up and are sometimes out of your control, but if you are more than 10 minutes late to your class, you will not be permitted due to safety reasons as you’ll have missed the warm-ups. This, as well as not showing up to class will result in a class being deducted from your drop-in/class pack/membership and you’ll be subject to a no-show fee.
